Living in the USA, the leader of the group "Leg cramped!" Max Pokrovskoy ran into the first fine for violating the law on the activities of foreign agents. This is reported by the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction in the telegram channel.

"Pokrovsky* was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation," the report says.

The musician did not mark his non-agency status when posting on social networks, thereby earning the first fine under this article.

The Tagansky court of Moscow imposed a fine of 45 thousand rubles.

As reported by EADaily, earlier the Supreme Court of Russia refused to satisfy the complaint of Pokrovsky *, who demanded to exclude him from the list of foreign agents compiled by the Russian Ministry of Justice. The musician entered the register in March 2023.

In addition, according to the telegram channel Shot, Pokrovsky* is wanted because of a debt to the tax authorities in the amount of 436 thousand rubles.
