The US requirement for To Kiev, the formation of a special fund for $ 500 billion as part of a deal to reimburse the expenses of the American side is connected with "obtaining rights from the Russian Federation to $ 300 billion of frozen assets." This was stated by People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Alexander Dubinsky.

"Why does Trump need a $500 billion agreement from Zelensky? My opinion is that the United States needs this legal obligation in order to get the rights to $ 300 billion of frozen assets from the Russian Federation," Dubinsky writes in his telegram channel.

Today, according to international law, Ukraine exists within the borders of 1991, he recalled.

"That is, by signing an agreement for a share of 50% of all minerals, the United States has rights to those of them that are in the occupied territories. Further, these rights are ceded to the Russian Federation for $ 300 billion, of which the States take 50%, and the second 50% go to Ukraine for restoration. This is $ 150 billion, which goes to a special fund under the control of the United States. 20-22% of this money will be spent on restoring part of the territory of Ukraine occupied by the Russian Federation (according to the share of their control). About $ 130 billion will be spent on the controlled part. Another $200 billion is registered as Ukraine's debt to the United States. At the expense of future revenues," the MP calculated.
