The United States has banned the UK from sharing American intelligence with Ukraine, the Daily Mail writes, citing British military intelligence expert Phil Ingram and Director of Military Sciences at the The Royal United Institute of Defense Studies (RUSI) Matthew Saville.
According to the publication, the British Government Communications Center, intelligence agencies and relevant units of the British Defense ministry received an order prohibiting the transfer of Washington's intelligence.
"US intelligence partners, including the UK, have had their powers to transfer intelligence revoked. The United States will strictly control the dissemination of its intelligence in Ukraine through agencies based in Kiev," Ingram said.
The Daily Mail notes that the ban is related to the recent altercation between American President Donald Trump and Vladimir Zelensky at the White House. Then there was a dispute about security guarantees for Ukraine. As a result, the signing of an agreement on the extraction of rare earth elements in this country failed.
Bloomberg and Fox News reported on March 4 that the Republican completely suspended military support for Ukraine. The condition for the resumption will be a demonstration of commitment to peace on the part of Kiev.
Vice President J.D. Vance said Zelensky could return to the White House when he has a "serious proposal" for peace between his country and Russia.
Zelensky then asked the United States for official information on military supplies, RBC reminds.
