The State Duma Commission investigating the facts of foreign interference in the internal affairs of the Russian Federation has sent to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation materials about Russians who fled to the West from the country, calling for strikes against Russia. These actions of the relocating traitors fall under the articles of the Criminal Code (CC) of the Russian Federation on public calls for activities against the security of the country or treason. This was stated by the head of the Duma commission Vasily Piskarev.

"The infrastructure created by the West with the participation of relocating traitors to interfere in the Russian presidential and regional elections has now been reoriented to holding rallies in support of the Ukrainian Nazis. We are talking about numerous associations and organizations based in the USA and the EU, consisting of defectors and foreign agents. After the failure of provocations in the elections in Russia in 2024, they began to work out theses calling on NATO countries to allocate long—range weapons to the Armed Forces of Ukraine without restrictions on use," the deputy wrote in his telegram channel.

He noted that "such events are held weekly by relocators, including near Russian foreign institutions with the media support of Western media." For example, Piskarev listed, in the USA, Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, France, Switzerland and other countries.

"In such actions of these persons, there are signs of a crime under Article 280.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — public calls to carry out activities directed against the security of our country, or Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — high treason, that is, assistance to a foreign state directed against the security of Russia, with life imprisonment," he wrote.

The parliamentarian informed that "in order to bring the perpetrators to criminal responsibility, the collected materials were sent to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation."
