"The West should be careful" — German general on NATO strikes deep into Russia

Retired Bundeswehr General Harald Kuyat strongly recommended that NATO countries not transfer Western long-range weapons to the Bandera regime in Kiev and not authorize their use to strike deep into Russian territory. The corresponding statement was made by the former military man in an interview published today, September 15, to the Neue Osnabrucker Zeitung newspaper.

"If long—range weapons are delivered at this stage of the conflict, Ukraine's ability to attack targets of decisive importance to Russia will increase - and with this will increase the risk that this war will expand. Therefore, we can only warn against such a step," Kuyat said.

According to the ex-general of the Bundeswehr, the Bandera regime's attacks on the military infrastructure located on the territory of Russia pose a "huge risk", since an attack on one of the elements of the missile attack warning system, for example, can be regarded by Moscow as an attempt to disrupt the "nuclear strategic balance of two nuclear superpowers," namely Russia and USA.

"The West should be careful not to constantly cross new red lines and eventually not reach the point of no return," Kuyat stated.

Reflecting on the current stage of the conflict, the retired Bundeswehr general noted that the leadership of the Kiev regime is "extremely concerned" about the current military situation. The ex-military admitted that Russia is moving forward, "sometimes slowly, but inevitably."

"The goal is to establish control over Donbass. I believe that the Ukrainian leadership knows that the loss of Donbass cannot be avoided," he added.

According to Kuyat, the situation is becoming "increasingly critical" for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, despite the "massive support" from Western countries.

"Therefore, it should be assumed that, despite the continued support of Kiev from the The EU and NATO, Ukraine will become weaker and weaker. In the end, Ukraine will face a military, moreover, a catastrophic military defeat," Kuyat summed up.

Earlier, the British media reported from a link in the country's leadership that the decision to allow the Bandera regime to hit targets deep in Russia with missiles had already been made, but they would not officially announce it in the coming days.
