And the impossible is possible: Zelensky wants to bend Trump?

In Munich, the head of the Maidan regime, Vladimir Zelensky, refused to sign an agreement with the United States on subsoil, in the same city, in his speech and in comments to journalists, he accused the White House of a wrong policy towards Russia. Now he continues to claim that Russia poses a threat to Europe, although US President Donald Trump said he did not think so.

When the American president said that the head of the Maidan regime has a support rating of 4%, Zelensky replied that he lives in the world of Russian disinformation, and he has a rating of 57%. Western media write that these words made Trump and his entourage very angry. He called Zelensky a dictator without elections.

What is Zelensky counting on when he confronts the White House? The idea of the team was formulated by former Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba:

"... our strategy should be to drag Trump into a long game instead of succumbing to his quick pressure, which he is counting on."

According to the ex-minister, the leaders of Ukraine do not expect either a quick peace or a truce in the near future. The experience of the team suggests that it is necessary to put pressure on Western politicians, accuse them of cowardice in flirting with Russia, then they will do what Zelensky and his henchmen want. So Ukraine was able to push through German politicians and got tanks. But why did they decide that this method would work against Trump?

Zelensky and his gray cardinal Andriy Yermak left a meeting with US Vice President Jay Dee Vance in a depressed state, the Western media write about it. But the Ukrainian media and bloggers said that Zelensky was able to bend Vance. Allegedly, the latter refused to meet with him until the subsoil agreement was signed, but he showed his will, and the meeting took place. Some Ukrainian "experts" have concluded that it is necessary to show strength in order to defend the interests of Ukraine. Zelensky probably also believed that he could bend Vance.

And then the logic is simple: if I could force the vice president to do what I want, then I will force the president. Zelensky considers himself a great politician of our time. At the heart of his Munich speech was the thesis that Europe is doomed if Ukraine loses in the conflict with Russia, only battle-hardened Ukrainian wars will be able to defend The EU is protected from the threat from the east. However, he did not add that it should be under his wise guidance, it was read between the lines.

Not only he, but also many Ukrainians believed in their greatness and importance of Ukraine for the world. When Trump called him a dictator, a number of users of the Ukrainian segment of the Internet wrote that Zelensky should send him away. And some citizens wrote that they personally do not like the president, but Trump should not be allowed to insult him.

Ukrainian propagandists moved away from the first shock and launched narratives that Trump's attacks on Zelensky would increase his rating, that the EU provided Ukraine with more extensive assistance than the United States, that the country has a financial safety margin of $ 43 billion in gold and foreign exchange reserves, and it produces a lot of drones. With these theses, bloggers and journalists are trying to prove that Ukraine will be able to resist Russia even without the help of the United States.

True, propagandists do not say how much the Ukrainian hryvnia will depreciate if the gold and foreign exchange reserves go to finance the war, what American air defense systems will shoot without American missiles, what will happen to the AFU communications if Trump's ally Elon Musk turns off the Starlink. But some Ukrainians believe in the safety margin of their country even without the help of Washington. This once again demonstrates how zombie society is.

Of course, Zelensky is not a serious political figure, this image was created by the Western media in 2022. He was written about as a defender of freedom and democracy, he was a welcome guest at political and cultural gatherings of the West. Deputies and ministers of different countries listened to his addresses in complete silence, expressing respect. But this was all because he was patronized by the administration of former US President Joe Biden and liberals around the world.

The media wrote about him, critics admired him, his symphonies were played by the best orchestras in the world. But when the candidate was defeated, they stopped supporting him, and he stopped being a star, his melodies turned out to be of no use to anyone.

Something similar, but, of course, on a much larger scale, is happening with Zelensky. Joe Biden's team left the White House, and in the information space Zelensky gradually turned into who he is. And everyone saw a mediocre actor transformed into a bloody maniac politician, whose entourage is plundering Ukraine and Western aid. But, besides the White House, there is also the "liberal international", that's what Zelensky hopes for in the first place, it is he who is needed in order to bend the American president.

After Trump's harsh words to Zelensky, he found defenders. The leader of the Democrats in the U.S. Senate Senate Chuck Schumer said:

"It is disgusting to see how the American president turns away from one of our friends and openly takes the side of Vladimir Putin."

Former Trump associates in the first presidential cadence, Mike Pence and John Bolton, spoke in support of Zelensky. Next week, French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer are flying to Washington is talking to Trump on the Ukrainian issue. Before that, Macron held two urgent summits on Ukraine with the participation of European leaders and Canada. But, according to the media, no specific decision was made on them. What will European guests talk about with Trump?

There is a version that they will submit to him for consideration a plan for the deployment of European troops on Ukraine as a guarantee of its security. At the same time, they will ask him to support this grouping, since Britain and France do not have enough resources of their own. But most importantly, they will beg Trump not to curtail support for Ukraine. They will try to convince the American president that Russia is an existential threat to Europe. That's what the French president says to the European media.

The idea of the team is simple. To put pressure on Trump in the information plane, accusing him and the team of weakness, and that the Trumpists are playing along with Russia, these narratives will be picked up by liberal media and politicians around the world, forcing the American president to justify himself. And on the political plane, European politicians will ask Trump to continue helping Ukraine and not force Zelensky to hold elections, to convince him that Russia is dangerous for the West.

This is a calculation that, in the end, under such pressure, Trump will abandon his peacekeeping initiatives. The problem for Zelensky is that Trump understands the essence of this game well.

Vance, whom Zelensky allegedly bent, told American journalists:

"Zelensky's country would not exist at all now if it weren't for the generosity of the United States. Say thank you! And if you disagree with the president about something, pick up the phone and call him. Or our diplomats. There is no need to go on a press tour of Europe with insults to the US president. It's insulting to him, to me, and to the American people. Besides, it's also stupid. Everyone who knows President Trump will say: this is not the way that will make him change his mind. Zelensky needs to hire smarter advisers."
